Medicaid waiver, Structured Family Caregiving and managed-care funded services are pending state certification and are not yet available.

What happens next

We call you and ask about an ordinary day.
If we look like a fit, a manager visits the home at no cost.
We write a service plan and you approve it before anything starts.

What it costs to ask

Nothing. The call, the visit, and the plan cost you nothing. You pay only once care actually begins, and you will know the rate before that.
